MENTOR PROGRAM

During the rotation and after, individual mentors provide personal guidance to assist associates in becoming good lawyers. Mentors keep watch over associates' workloads to monitor problems through frequent meetings and informal reviews and advise associates on ethical issues, client relations and development, personnel relations and the business and workings of the firm.
